Dr Dion Klein
Dion has worked as an educator for over 35 years with eight of them at Kaplan Business School in the undergraduate business and MBA program. He has been an entrepreneur for many years starting out in his teens and had businesses in the USA and also Australia – mainly in the sport, fitness, health / corporate wellness, recreation and education industries. He currently owns his own Registered Training Organisation, a crowdfunding platform, and an online business providing training and assessment materials to education entities.

Grace Rapoport
A creative problem solver with strong analytical skills, Grace is interested in the potential of digital transformation, social enterprise and cross-sector collaboration to drive solutions to complex problems. She has many years experience working as a digital marketing coordinator, and marketing and communications advisor. She currently is the Strategic Advisor for a consulting agency specialising in strategic thinking, transformation and sustained action. She completed her MBA at Kaplan Business School earlier in 2021.

Varun Singh
Varun is a high achieving MBA graduate from Kaplan Business School with over 5 years professional experience in the finance industry. He also completed a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking from Kaplan Professional and a Master’s degree in Commerce from RMIT University. He has been a mortgage and finance broker and is currently a Broker Assistant based in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia where he supports mortgage advisors throughout the application process for their clients. He has impeccable communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with clients while understanding their needs. He is very deadline focused.

Dr Susan Karpasitis
Susan is an experienced academic and Learning/ Educational Designer with ten years of experience in Higher Education as a lecturer, tutor and curriculum developer. She has created foundational, undergraduate and postgraduate courses for Trinity College, University of Melbourne, and the University of Lincoln. As an experienced Learning Designer for Keypath Education, she has worked with world-leading University partners to co-create bespoke online educational courses with a range of academics from numerous faculties. She is currently consulting with academics and SME’s for the Melbourne Law School, University of Melbourne to transition face to face subjects to online delivery.
She has experience in Canvas and am passionate about blending pedagogical principles (constructive alignment, authentic assessment, and cognitive learning theories) with cutting edge learning design technologies and storyboarding. Her unique background allows her to see course development from both academic and developer perspectives, and as such anticipate client needs and pressure points for a smoother and more collaborative process.
Her Ph.D research area involved the convergence of the medical humanities and psychoanalytic/literary trauma theory. She has experience supervising MA dissertations and have acted as a consultant to a doctoral thesis in this area.

Bilal Hussain Syed
Bilal has a broad range of experiences as a customer service specialist with Amazon and a marketing research analyst with another company where he conducted a qualitative research and generated reports for 2Censor organisation. He currently works as a data analyst for a not-for-profit organisation based in Brisbane, Australia. He has a Masters of Business Administration focused on Project Management.
